(temperature buffer)
y To reduce the reaction speed of a temperature cable probe in a
refrigerator or freezer.
y Avoids false readings due to large temperature uctuations, e.g.
by frequent opening of the refrigerator or freezer door.
y For temperature probe sensors up to 5 mm diameter.
y Made of massive aluminium
Application:
y Insert the sensor into the buffer slot and secure it with the
screw if necessary.
y Place the reference body in a suitable position in the freezer or
refrigerator (refrigerators may have different
temperature ranges), ideally in the same location as the goods
to be monitored.
