Wireless thermometer
• The time zone correction is needed for countries
where the DCF signal can be received but the time
zone is different from the DCF time (e.g. +1=one
hour plus).
7.2 Maximum/Minimum function
• Press the -/MIN button in normal mode to show the
minimum (MIN) values of transmitter 1 and 2 one
after the other, since the last reset with time and date
of recording. Press the -/MIN button again to return
to normal mode.
• Repeat the process by pressing the MAX/+ button to
see the maximum values.
• The device will automatically quit the MAX/MIN
mode if no button is pressed for 20 seconds.
• Press and hold the SET button while the highest or
lowest values are displayed. The values will be
deleted individually and reset to the current state.
8. Alarm functions
8.1 Alarm settings
• Press and hold the ALARM button for three seconds
to enter the alarm setting mode.
• Hi ALARM SENSOR 1 appears on the display and
OFF (default) flashes.
• To activate the alarm, press the SET button. ON and
the upper limit (40 °C default or the last adjusted
upper temperature limit) flash on the display.
• Press MAX/+ or -/MIN button to adjust the desired
upper limit for transmitter 1, while the indication
flashes.
• Confirm with the ALARM button and go to the next
setting.
• The sequence is shown as follows:
– Hi ALARM SENSOR 1
– Lo ALARM SENSOR 1

– Lo ALARM SENSOR 2
• If you do not want to set an alarm, press the ALARM
button again to move to the next alarm.
• Note: The lower limit (Lo Alarm) cannot be higher
than the current setting of the upper limit (Hi
Alarm), even if the upper limit is deactivated
(OFF), and vice versa (Lo Alarm < Hi Alarm, Hi
Alarm > Lo Alarm).
• Press the ALARM button once more to go back to
the current values display.
• When activated, the corresponding alarm symbols
appear on the display.
• To deactivate an active alarm (status “ON”) again,
select the desired alarm limit value (as described
above). Press the SET button. “OFF” appears and the
alarm limit disappears on the display.
8.2 Alarm event
• In the event of an alarm, the corresponding symbol
(upper or lower alarm limit) will be flashing and a
permanent alarm will sound. After 20 seconds the
alarm keeps on beeping 3 times per minute as long
as the temperature is higher/lower than the preset
value.
• Stop the alarm sound with any button.
• The alert symbol continues to flash until the meas-
ured value is within the alarm limits.
8.3 Alarm history
• The device saves the last Hi/Lo alarm event for sen-
sor 1 and sensor 2 with time and date of recording
By briefly pressing the ALARM button, you can call
up the alarm history one after the other.
• If there has not yet been an alarm, NoALARM is dis-
played for 5 seconds.
