The XIO2200A device is available in the 175−ball lead−free (Pb atomic number 82) MicroStar BGA package
(ZHH), the 176-ball MicroStar BGA package (GGW), or the 176-ball lead-free (Pb atomic number 82)
MicroStar BGA package (ZGW). The following figures show the mechanical dimensions for the packages. The
GGW and ZGW packages are mechanically identical.
