4.2.1 Assumptions
Input connector: S-Video [VI_2_C (luma), VI_1_C (chroma)]
Video format: NTSC (J, M, 443), PAL (B, D, G, H, I, N, Nc, 60), or SECAM (default)
Output format: 10-bit ITU-R BT.656 with discrete sync outputs
