3.5.2.1 Nontouch Data Acquisition
At this screen with the buffer mode NOT enabled, the TSC2101 is commanded
to perform the battery and auxiliary input voltage readings, and then a TEMP1
and TEMP2 measurement. These measurements are all repeated twice every
second, and the results are displayed on the three boxes at the left side of this
screen.
3.5.2.2 Buffer Function
In the middle of the screen, the buffer mode settings can be accessed. By
default, the buffer function is disabled and all touch or nontouch data are
converted and stored to the corresponding registers. When the buffer function
is enabled, by checking the Enable option, as shown at Figure 34, the data
is converted and saved to the buffer registers in page 3 of the TSC2101
memory space. Refer to the data sheet for the details of the buffer function.
