The TPL0102-100 is a two channel, linear-taper digital potentiometer with 256 wiper
positionsand100kΩend-to-endresistance.Eachpotentiometercanbeusedasa
three-terminal potentiometer or as a two-terminal rheostat. It has non-volatile memory
whichcanbeusedtostorethewiperpositionwhichisloadedwithin300µsafterpower
up. The internal registers of the TPL0102-100 can be accessed using the I
2
C interface.
The TPL0102-100 has a nominal temperature coefficient of 35 ppm/°C. It is available in
industry’ssmallest14-pinmicroQFNaswellas14-pinTSSOPpackagewithaspecified
temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
