5 POWER-UP PROCEDURE
1. Apply 4.5 V - 18 V to JP7.
2. Toggle JP1 to enable V

3. Toggle JP6 and JP5 to enable switch 1 and Switch 2 respectively.
4. Apply loads to the output connectors.
