0 – shut-down follows reverse power-up sequence
INSTDWN
1 – all delays are bypassed and all rails are shut-down simultaneously
NOTE: Shut-down occurs when PWR_EN pin is pulled low or SEQDWN bit is set. Only those rails
controlled by the sequencer will be shut down.
