Test Setup and Results
Figure 2–20, Figure 2–21, and Figure 2–22 show the same series start-up
waveforms for the TPS54873-225. The above descriptions of the TPS54673
waveforms are applicable for the TPS54873 except that the input voltage is
5 V, the output voltage is 3.3 V, and the UVLO start-up threshold is 3.8 V.
