VTTREF 5 O Buffered VTT reference output. Need to connect 0.22μF or larger capacitance for stability.
VTTSNS 1 I VTT output voltage feedback.
V5IN 12 I 5-V power supply input for internal circuits and MOSFET gate drivers.
