In this configuration, the master senses that there is one slave controller, by the 39-kΩ resistor on the
PHSRL pin, and distributes the CLKIO signal. The slave controller senses the zero-volt level on its PHSEL
pin and delays the proper number of CLKIO pulses to be 90° out-of-phase with the master.
