The 5-V supply is jumper selected to power V
DD
on the TPS2412s and the glitch circuit if the control
voltage is less than 3.0 V.
The Glitch maker, discussed in the Test Methods section applies a 1- load to the input supply for 1
ms. This disruption allows the user to scope test points and observe system recovery.
The R
SET
resistor is used to program the turn off point of the TPS2411.
