Timing parameter symbols have been created in accordance with JEDEC Standard 100. To shorten the
symbols, some of the pin names and other related terminology have been abbreviated as follows:

Lowercase subscripts and their meanings are:

h hold time w pulse duration (width)
The following additional letters are used with these meanings:
H High X Unknown, changing, or don't care level
L Low Z High impedance
V Valid
