2 Revision History
This data manual revision history highlights the technical changes made to the SPRS605B device-
specific data manual to make it an SPRS605C revision.
Scope: Applicable updates to the DM646x DMSoC device family, specifically relating to the
TMS320DM6467 device (all Silicon Revisions 3.0, 1.1, and 1.0) which is now in teh production data (PD)
stage of development have been incorporated.
• The ZUT 529-pin PBGA device orderables have now been classified as end of life (EOL) product and
replaced with CUT 529-pin PBGA (Pb-Free die bump and solder ball) package orderables.
