Terminal Functions

I/O DESCRIPTION
NAME NO.
1 IN Device enable logic input.
EN
Logic HIGH enables the device, logic LOW disables the device and turns it into shutdown.
4 IN Feedback terminal for the internal control loop.
FB
Connect this terminal to the external feedback divider to program the output voltage.
GND 2, 3 PWR Power and signal ground.
6 OUT Power Good open drain output.
PG This terminal is pulled to low if the output voltage is below regulation limits. This terminal an be left floating if not
used.
7 PWR Switch terminal connected to the internal MOSFET switches and inductor terminal.
SW
Connect the inductor of the output filter here.
VIN 8 PWR Power supply voltage input.
VOS 5 IN Output voltage sense terminal for the internal control loop. Must be connected to output.
Thermal Pad — Must be connected to GND. Must be soldered to achieve appropriate power dissipation and mechanical Thermal
Pad reliability.
