Checking Battery Status
To check the status of both the TI-Nspire™ Rechargeable Battery and the
AAA batteries in a handheld:
1. Press c to access the Home screen.
2. Press
54 to open the Handheld Status window.

Recharging the Handheld
To recharge the TI-Nspire™ Rechargeable Battery in a handheld, connect
it to either of the following power sources:
• A standard USB cable connected to a computer
• A standard, TI USB wall charger (sold separately in Europe and
Asia)
The amount of time required to fully charge the battery may vary, but
charging normally takes about six hours. It is not necessary to remove the
TI-Nspire™ Rechargeable Battery from the handheld to recharge it. The
handheld operates normally while it is attached to a charging source.
