The PCM1801 accepts 64-BCK/LRCK, 48-BCK/LRCK (only for a 384-fS system clock) or 32-BCK/LRCK format for the left-justified format. And the PCM1801 accepts the 64-BCK/LRCK or 48-BCK/LRCK format (only for a 384-fS system clock) for I2S format.

FMT PIN In general, the FMT pin is used for audio data format selection by tying up DGND or VDD in accordance with interface requirements.
