The PLL1 tab allows the user to change:
 External VCXO (or XTAL oscillator) frequency. Note: This value must be entered in both the PLL1 and
PLL2 tabs.
 PLL1 Phase detector frequency
 PLL1 R-counter value
 PLL1 N-counter value
 CLKin (Reference) oscillator frequency
 PLL1 Phase Detector polarity (external VCXO tuning slope)
 PLL1 Charge pump gain
 PLL1 Charge pump state.
Note that the value entered in the Reference Oscillator frequency field on the PLL1 tab must match the
Reference Oscillator frequency entered on the PLL2 tab.
