This new decimation rate will maintain the same output bandwidth. The output bandwidth may only be changed
in relation to the output sample rate by creating a new set of FIR filter coefficients. As the filter bandwidth
decreases relative to the output sample rate, the CIC droop compensation performed by F1 may no longer be
required.
