PIN DESCRIPTIONS
Pin Name Function
Boost voltage that drives the internal NMOS control switch. A bootstrap
1 BOOST
capacitor is connected between the BOOST and SW pins.
Supply voltage for output power stage. Connect a bypass capacitor to this

pin. Must tie pins 2 and 3 together at package.
Input supply voltage of the IC. Connect a bypass capacitor to this pin.
3 V
CC
Must tie pin 2 and 3 together at the package.
Enable control input. Logic high enables operation. Do not allow this pin to

float or be greater than V
IN
+ 0.3V.
Signal and power ground pins. Place the bottom resistor of the feedback
5, 7 GND
network as close as possible to these pins.
FB Feedback pin. Connect FB to the external resistor divider to set output

voltage.
Output switch. Connects to the inductor, catch diode, and bootstrap
8 SW
capacitor.
DAP GND Signal and power ground. Must be connected to GND on the PCB.
These devices have limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam
during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
