11.4.13 MPU Region Number Register (MPUREGNUM)
NOTE: MPUREGBASE0-7, MPUREGSENA0-7, MPUREGACR0-7, MPUREGAM0-7, MPUREGTA0-
7, and MPUREGMT0-7 registers are memory-mapped to just six different addresses. Which
region register is selected for read/write access is decided by the REGION field in the MPU
region number register (MPUREGNUM).

Bit Field Value Description
31-4 Reserved 0 Reserved. Reads return 0.
3-0 REGION MPU Region Number. This field determines which MPU region registers are accessed. Writing this
register with a value greater than or equal to the number of implemented MPU regions (indicated by
MPUTYPE register) does not affect the NMPU functionality. Behavior will be same as that of reserved
space.
Read: Returns current value of REGION.
