Flash Control Registers
7.11.6 Flash Error Detection and Correction Sector Disable Register (FEDACSDIS)
This register is used to disable the SECDED function for one or two sectors from the EEPROM Emulation
flash (bank 7). An additional two sectors can have SECDED disabled by the use of the FEDACSDIS2
register (see Section 7.11.27).

Field Descriptions
Bit Field Value Description
31-30 Reserved 0 Read returns 0. Writes have no effect.
29-24 SectorID1_inverse 0-3Fh The sector ID inverse bits are used with the sector ID bits to determine which sector is
disabled. If the sector ID bits are not pointing to a valid sector (0-3) or the sector ID
inverse bits are not an inverse of the sector ID bits, then no sector is disabled by disable
ID 1.
23-22 Reserved 0 Read returns 0. Writes have no effect.
21-16 SectorID1 0-3Fh The sector ID bits are used with the sector ID inverse bits to determine which sector is
disabled. If the sector ID bits are not pointing to a valid sector (0-3) or the sector ID
inverse bits are not an inverse of the sector ID bits, then no sector is disabled by disable
ID 1.
15-14 Reserved 0 Read returns 0. Writes have no effect.
13-8 SectorID0_inverse 0-Fh The sector ID inverse bits are used with the sector ID bits to determine which sector is
disabled. If the sector ID bits are not pointing to a valid sector (0-3) or the sector ID
inverse bits are not an inverse of the sector ID bits, then no sector is disabled by disable
ID 0.
7-6 Reserved 0 Read returns 0. Writes have no effect.
5-0 SectorID0 0-3Fh The sector ID bits are used with the sector ID inverse bits to determine which sector is
disabled. If the sector ID bits are not pointing to a valid sector (0-3) or the sector ID
inverse bits are not an inverse of the sector ID bits, then no sector is disabled by disable
ID 0.
