29.7.1 SCI Global Control Register 0 (SCIGCR0)
The SCIGCR0 register defines the module reset. Figure 29-8 and Table 29-4 illustrate this register.

Bit Field Value Description
31-1 Reserved 0 Read returns 0. Writes have no effect.
0 RESET This bit resets the SCI module.
0 SCI module is in reset.
1 SCI module is out of reset.
Note: Read/Write in privileged mode only.
