Illegal_Addr Indicates that the waveform generator attempted to perform an illegal operation. This usually

means that the user entered improper header information in the waveform memory.

FIFOEmpty Indicates that the internal, 100-byte FIFO is completely empty

FIFOFull Indicates that the internal, 100-byte FIFO is full and can not accept data until another byte has

played through the internal DAC.
