The Pn bit encodings are not applicable if the corresponding bit in the
RCGCLCD, SCGCLCD or DCGCLCD register is clear.

LCD module 0 is not powered and does not receive a clock. In
this case, the module's state is not retained.
This configuration provides the lowest power consumption state.
