Register 87: CRC and Cryptographic Modules Software Reset (SRCCM), offset
0x574
The SRCCM register provides software the capability to reset the CRC and Cryptographic Modules
(AES, DES, and SHA/MD5).
A module is reset by software using a simple two-step process:
1. Software sets the bit in the SRCCM register. While the SRCCM bit is 1, the peripherals are held
in reset.
2. Software completes the reset process by clearing the SRCCM bit.
There may be latency from the clearing of the SRCCM bit to when the peripheral is ready for use.
Software should check the corresponding PRCCM bit to verify that the CRC and Cryptographic
Module (AES, DES, and SHA/MD5) registers are ready to be accessed.
Important: This register should be used to reset the CRC, AES, DES, and SHA/MD5 modules.

Software should not rely on the value of a reserved bit. To provide
compatibility with future products, the value of a reserved bit should be
preserved across a read-modify-write operation.
