when LOW. RESETSEL determines which code is
active.
22 RESETSEL When LOW, a LOW on RESET will cause the DAC
register to be set to code 000

is HIGH, a LOW on RESET will set the registers to

24 R/W Enabled by CS. Controls data read and write from
