Bit Field Type Reset Description

31-4 RESERVED R X

Software should not rely on the value of a reserved. Writing any

other value than the reset value may result in undefined behavior.

3 VEC3 W X

Writing 1 clears VECFLAGS.VEC3. Read value is 0.

2 VEC2 W X

Writing 1 clears VECFLAGS.VEC2. Read value is 0.

1 VEC1 W X

Writing 1 clears VECFLAGS.VEC1. Read value is 0.

0 VEC0 W X

Writing 1 clears VECFLAGS.VEC0. Read value is 0.
