Software should not rely on the value of a reserved. Writing any
other value than the reset value may result in undefined behavior.
7 SAT R X
Saturation flag for TDC measurement 0: Conversion has not
saturated 1: Conversion stopped due to saturation This field is
cleared when starting new measurement or setting CTL.CMD to
CLR_RESULT
6 DONE R X
Measurement complete flag 0: Measurement not yet complete 1:
Measurement complete This field is cleared when starting new
measurement or setting CTL.CMD to CLR_RESULT
5-0 STATE R 6h
TDC internal state machine status
0h = Current state is TDC_STATE_WAIT_START
4h = Current state is TDC_STATE_WAIT_STARTSTOPCNTEN
