7.2 PC Interface Connection

To configure the hardware to interface to the PC, do the following:

1. Connect the bq30z554 device-based smart battery to the EV2300 or EV2400 using the provided cable

or the connections shown in Table 4.

2. Connect the PC USB cable to the EV2300 or EV2400 and the PC USB port.

The bq30z554EVM-001 is now set up for operation.
