7.2 PC Interface Connection

To configure the hardware to interface to the PC, do the following:

1. Connect the bq3050 device-based smart battery to the EV2300 using the provided cable or the

connections shown in Table 4.

2. Connect the PC USB cable to the EV2300 and the PC USB port.

The bq3050EVM-001 is now set up for operation.
