The following illustrations show the top views of the 484-pin [ZER] and 491-pin [ZCN] package pin
assignments in four quadrants (A, B, C, and D).
Note: A pin with an "NC" designator indicates No Connection. For proper device operation, these pins
must be left unconnected.
