6 Launch ADS5292 GUI

After launching the ADS5292 GUI, the GUI appears as is shown in Figure 5. After the GUI is completely

launched, the window appears as is displayed in Figure 5. Select the Top Level tab to observe the default

condition. The bottom status bar indicates Ready for new command and green (highlighted). Click on

checkbox PD twice, and select it for power down to ensure proper software link to the hardware by

observing change in current reading (approximately 450 mA to 150 mA) of the external +5-V power

supply. For the rest of the test, PD must be unchecked. Click on Soft Reset button to reset device

internally.
