PPPoE (Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet)
Overview
You can establish a PPPoE connection to the BGAN network using the EXPLORER 323 system.
Use PPPoE if you want to control your connection independently of the web interface.
Possible applications are:
Connect an EXPLORER Mobile Gateway, see PTT connection example on page 15
Connect a router
Connect broadcast equipment, optionally through a PC
Establish a Picocell for the use of cell phones
