12 POWER ON/OFF
In all the power source connection and disconnection
operations, please refer to the safety indications in the
POWER SUPPLY and DIAGNOSIS chapters in order to
reduce the risk of electric shock.
12.1 Power on
The VCI turns on automatically once it is connected to one of the power sources described
previously.
For further information see the POWER SUPPLY chapter.
Proceed as follows:
Power the VCI
The VCI turns on.
At the end, the VCI displays the following screen if no
communication modes with the display unit have been
configured.
Otherwise, the previously configured communication mode
will be displayed.
