3 HOW TO CONNECT TO THE VEHICLE
To connect to the vehicle, it is first of all necessary to locate the control unit's
connector on the basis of the information (picture or movie) provided by the
operating program in use.
The location and type of connector on the vehicles vary depending on make
and model. For this reason, the program provides all the necessary
information.
Strictly heed the instructions provided by the program.
If not specified otherwise, NAVIGATOR TXS will be supplied directly by the
connection to the diagnostic port of the vehicle; the green LED will light up
indicating correct power supply.
At this point, it is possible to continue with the analysis of the electronic
system under examination, by using the functions and procedures made
available by the autodiagnosis program in use.
