Sensor Platform BI2
Gold interdigitated electrodes (IDE) are sputtered on the ceramic substrate. The electrode
system allows the measurement of various sensitive layers. The structure of the sensitive
layer can be applied by various thick- or thin-film technologies.
Applications: Typical applications for this platform are
different types of gas sensors and
measuring relative humidity and air quality;
testing different chemical processes
