You can view the “Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)” using the Autostart menu of the accom-
panying CD-ROM. If the Autostart menu does not open automatically after you insert the Soft-
ware & Installation CD, go to the corresponding CD-ROM drive and launch the file auto-
run.exe. Select the “FAQ” menu item.

In addition, it would be helpful to our technicians if you are close to the device during the
phone call so that you can carry out our suggestions directly. Please do not forget to write
