Before using the device, it is absolutely necessary to read this User Guide and
follow the guidelines.
TERMA Sp. z o.o. or a service designated by the manufacturer are the only entity
that can perform repairs and inspections. The manufacturer is not responsible for
modernization and repairs made by other entities.
In the case of any device damage or any user injury, report the incident to the
manufacturer immediately. Additionally, please complete the “Incident Report
Form” and send it to the Manufacturer by e-mail or letter. The “Incident Report
Form” is included in this User Guide and on the website www.termamed.pl in the
“Download” tab.
