1.5 Connect your Distance OSD via USB Interface
For product configuration or firmware updates, connect the TeraRanger Distance OSD to your
computer using the micro-USB cable. Be aware that you cannot power the Distance OSD via
USB. In order to connect it to your computer, make sure that it is connected to a suitable power
supply via the supplied power cable.
Windows Users, please download the driver from here and follow the Readme file and the
installer. After successful installation, unplug the USB cable for a moment and plug it back in.
The virtual COM port should now be available on your PC.
1.6 Video Interface
The TeraRanger OSD allows you to connect your analog camera and screen/wireless video
transmitter. This interface is constituted of a 3 pin dupont connector. NTSC and PAL video
format are supported.
