A: It is maybe the battery on the adapter has run out. Please use the USB
cable to charge the Bluetooth adapter. Wait a moment and turn it on
(press the "M" key). If it still doesn't work, please contact us via email
([e-mail]) and we will solve the problem for you as soon as
possible.
Q: Does not work with TV/ Headset / other devices:
A: Please kindly try to change other TVs or devices. Please restart the
adapter before pairing.
Q: Couldn't find your Bluetooth device.
A: Please make sure that the adapter is in TX(Transmitter mode), then
restart the adapter and your Bluetooth devices and try pairing again. If it
still can not find your device, kindly try using another Bluetooth device to
see if it works. It's possible that the Bluetooth device is not compatible
with this adapter (It can work very well with most of Bluetooth devices
since we have been test million times).
Q: How can you tell if it is fully Charged ?
A: The charging indicator light on the right will flash when the Bluetooth
