Limited Warranty Information
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE:
1. To clean simply wipe with a soft dry cloth.
2. Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents or harsh abrasives.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this portable luminaire to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase. This warranty
applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use
and service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation,
and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer’s
discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse,
abuse, accident, modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling. This warranty shall
not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, setup, or used
in any way not in accordance with the instruction supplied with the product. This warranty
shall not apply to a failure of the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse,
negligence, alteration, or faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty
material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of
the product, such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and
tear. The manufacturer does not warrant and specially disclaims any warranty,
whether express or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the warranty
contained herein. The manufacturer specifically disclaims any liability and
shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental loss or damage, including but
not limited to any labor / expense costs involved in the replacement or repair of said product.
MANTENIMIENTO DEL PRODUCTO:
1. Para limpiar simplemente pásale por encima un paño limpio.
2. No uses ningún limpiador con compuestos químicos, disolventes o
abrasivos fuertes.
GARANTÍA LIMITADA
El fabricante garantiza que esta lámpara portátil no tiene defectos de material ni de
mano de obra por un período de tres (3) años a partir de la fecha de compra. Esta garantía
se aplica sólo al comprador original y sólo a los productos utilizados durante un uso
y servicio normales. Si este producto se encuentra defectuoso, la única obligación del
fabricante y el recurso exclusivo que usted tiene, es la reparación o reemplazo del producto
a discreción del fabricante, siempre que el producto no haya sido dañado por uso
indebido, abuso, accidente, modificaciones, alteraciones, negligencia o maltrato. Esta
garantía no se aplica a ningún producto que haya sido montado o instalado incorrectamente
o usado de una manera que no sea acorde con las instrucciones suministradas
con el mismo. Esta garantía no se aplica a fallas del producto como resultado de accidente,
uso indebido, abuso, negligencia, alteración o instalación inadecuada o cualquier
otro fallo no relacionado con mano de obra o material defectuoso. Esta garantía
no se aplica al acabado en ninguna parte del producto tal como la superficie y/o erosión,
ya que esto se considera desgaste natural. El fabricante no garantiza y declina en
especial cualquier garantía, ya sea expresa o implícita, de idoneidad para cierto fin, que
no sea la garantía que aquí se incluye. El fabricante decina específicamente cualquier
responsabili-dad y no será responsable por ninguna pérdida o daño consecuente
o incidental incluyendo, entre otros, costos por mano de obra/gastos inherentes
al reemplazo o reparación de dicho producto.
