Limited Warranty
What is covered
This limited warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship in the
TENAVOLTS product. This limited warranty only applies to the product which
is purchased in the sales area of United States.
What is NOT covered
1. This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by the owner
modifying, attempting or fix, or otherwise altering the product.
2. This limited warranty excludes warranties from certain parts, which
TENAVOLTS has the ultimate judge.
How long does this coverage last
The limited warranty period for the TENAVOLTS product is six months, from
the original purchase of this product from TENAVOLTS’ acknowledged
retailers.
Who is covered
This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product. The
limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of
this product.
How to obtain services
To obtain the benefit of this limited warranty, proceed to contact TENAVOLTS
for assistance. The subsequent service may include returning the product or
receiving a replacement. The preferred official communication channel is

WARNING: Please use the TENAVOLTS certified charger which is designed
to ONLY recharge the TENAVOLTS batteries. Do not charge the Ni-MH,
alkaline, or other batteries with the charger. Otherwise, it could cause danger.
