Frequently Asked Questions
What is the principle of parcle sensors?
Laser parcle sensor can obtain the number and quality of
suspended parcles in the air per unit volume, which is called
parculate maer concentraon. Meanwhile, it can output as
a digital interface.
Based on the principle of laser scaering, when the air outside
uniformly passes through the specially designed air duct, the
laser light is scaered on the suspended parcles in the air, and
the informaon processing circuit converts the light intensity
signal of the scaered light into a voltage pulse signal through
the photoelectric sensor. Aer preamplificaon, AD converts
into a digital signal, and then the microprocessor MCU based
on the MIE theory algorithm (by noise processing and opmal
algorithm) to obtain the number of parcles of equivalent
parcle size per unit volume, resulng in parculate maer the
equivalent parcle size and the number of parcles of different
parcle sizes per unit volume, the output is the mass and
number of parcles of each concentraon in a unit volume.
Our product adopts the laser sensor detecon of parcle
concentraon technology, based on the principle of laser
scaering, and currently, only a few companies have posed this
technology around the world. Although it is geng more
mature, we have to say that the display of the readings sll has
inadequacies inconsistency, repeveness, and stability. In fact,
this just has a slight effect on the usage scenario.
