Frequently Asked Questions

What is the principle of parcle sensors?
Laser parcle sensor can obtain the number and quality of
suspended parcles in the air per unit volume, which is called
parculate maer concentraon. Meanwhile, it can output as
a digital interface.
Based on the principle of laser scaering, when the air outside
uniformly passes through the specially designed air duct, the
laser light is scaered on the suspended parcles in the air, and
the informaon processing circuit converts the light intensity
signal of the scaered light into a voltage pulse signal through
the photoelectric sensor. Aer preamplificaon, AD converts
into a digital signal, and then the microprocessor MCU based
on the MIE theory algorithm (by noise processing and opmal
algorithm) to obtain the number of parcles of equivalent
parcle size per unit volume, resulng in parculate maer the
equivalent parcle size and the number of parcles of different
parcle sizes per unit volume, the output is the mass and
number of parcles of each concentraon in a unit volume.
Our product adopts the laser sensor detecon of parcle
concentraon technology, based on the principle of laser
scaering, and currently, only a few companies have posed this
technology around the world. Although it is geng more
mature, we have to say that the display of the readings sll has
inadequacies inconsistency, repeveness, and stability. In fact,
this just has a slight effect on the usage scenario.
