Swap: Change the selected party being placed on hold in the call, the

caller on hold will be displayed.

Phone book: Using this option, user can perform the phone book

operations including: access to the list of contacts, addnew entries, copy

or delete, etc.

While in a Conference Call:

I. To place parties of a conference call on hold, press the Flash button

or Options, select Hold (the callers on hold will be displayed.)

• To join all parties, press Flash button or Options, select Unhold (the

active calls will be displayed)

II. To hold a private call with one party of a conference call

Press Options, select Private Call (the caller on hold will be displayed)

• To change the party selected for the private call, press Options, select

Swap (the selected party will be displayed), or press the Flash button.

• To join all parties, press Options, select Add to Conference (the ac-

tive calls will be displayed)

Note: Options available depend on the status of the call or calls. For

example, if only one other person is in the call, only the End All option

will display, or if all the calls have been joined, the Add to Conference

option will not display.

6. Using the Headset

I. Making a call:

Connect the 2.5mm headset plug into the headset jack located on the

right side of the phone. (See illustration on page 16.) Lift the handset

from the phone and dial the number to make the all. The headset is
