Place a Call on Hold
• While in a call, press Flash button, or press Option (left soft key) and
select Hold.
• The display will change from A(activated) to H(Held).
• To reactivate the call, press Flash button again. or press Option (left
soft key) and select Unhold.
Adjust Volume
While in a call, press the left or right navigation buttons to lower or raise
the handset/speakerphone volume.
5. Conference Calling
Conference Calling allows connection to several calls simultaneously.
Contact your service provider to activate Conference Calling.
Engage a Conference Call
• While in a call, put the call on hold.
• Dial a second number, then press the Flash button, or Call (left soft
key) to connect the call.
• When the second call is answered, press the Flash button or Menu
and then select Conference. This will connect all parties.
• Select the desired option.
Add to conference: Join the active call with the held Conference call.
Hold: Place Conference call on hold.
Private Call: Hold a private call with one party in a Conference call.
Other parties are put on hold.
End All: End all active and held calls.
End Conference: It ends the last call added to exclude it from the
