Telular SX7P
When there is an incoming call, the SX7P rings, an incoming call notifi ca-
tion displays the call type and Caller ID information (if available).
• Pick up the handset or press the Speaker button.
• Begin talking.
Note: Press the Reject to refuse the call. The phone will stop ringing and
the calling party will be disconnected or placed into voice mail if activated
by your service provider.
Receive a Call When Caller ID is Activated
The Caller ID feature displays the caller’s number when the SX7P rings.
If the caller’s name and number are stored together in the SX7P phone-
book, the caller’s name and number will be displayed. Contact your ser-
vice provider to activate this feature. Note: If there are missed calls (calls
not answered), “Missed Calls” will be displayed with the number of calls
missed. See the Call Logs section of this manual for more information.
3. Ending Calls
Hang up the phone by either placing the handset back onto the SX7P
cradle or press the Speaker button if using the speakerphone.
Note: If the called/caller end disconnects the SX7P will generate a ROH
tone after approximately 60 seconds. Place the handset back in the
cradle or if using speaker phone press the speaker button to hang up.
4. In-Call Functions
Mute a Call
• While in a call, press Mute (right soft key) or Mute button. Phone
displays “Muted” on the screen in the place of the caller ID information.
• Press the Mute button again or Unmute (right soft key) to un-mute the
