If this feature is selected, the telephone will try to connect to the Globalstar satellite net-
work.
If it is not able to access a satellite, the telephone will automatically switch over to a cellu-
lar mode.
NOTE: Normally every 30 minutes (although this time may be changed by the network
operator) the telephone will search for the Globalstar satellite network. If it is successful
in finding it, the telephone will connect to this network, otherwise it will remain on the
GSM land-bound network.

Where this feature is selected, the telephone will try to connect to the GSM land-bound
network.
If it is not possible to connect to a GSM network, the telephone will connect to the Global-
star satellite network.
NOTE: Normally every 30 minutes (although this time may be changed by the network
operator) the telephone will search for the GSM land-bound signal. If it finds the signal it
will connect to the GSM network, if not it will remain on the Globalstar satellite network.
