The network operator or service provider sends messages to all subscribers in an area
using the Cell Broadcast service.
NOTE: The Cell Broadcast number, and language used for the subjects it deals with are
strictly dependent on the type of SIM card used. These vary on the basis of the type of
service set up by the network operator or service provider.
The Cell Broadcast service and the related menu are only available in GSM mode.

NOTE: Setting a specific subject means that only Cell Broadcast messages dealing with
that subject will be received. To receive all Cell Broadcast messages, set All on the
