To read the new SMS message press

The following message settings will appear:
N/N indicates the number of the current SMS message out of the total number stored.
01/01/2000 indicates the date the SMS message was received, and 00:00 indicates the
time it was received.
The sender’s telephone number is displayed, and if this is stored in the phone book, the
sender’s name.
To read and scroll the SMS message’s content press

To return to the message settings or to the Messages menu, press
,
.
To scroll the list of SMS messages (indicated by N/N) press
.
and

.
To delete a message hold the
+
key down until the display reads Delete?. Confirm by
pressing
,
or cancel using
-
.
To read a message that has already been read, press
*
.
NOTE: Some network operators or service providers send particular SMS messages
called Class 0 SMS messages.
These messages are displayed automatically but are not stored on the SIM card (and are
thus deleted automatically when the telephone is switched off).
To reply to the message, press

. The display will show:
Enter your message. Enter the destination telephone number (if not included, or different
from that of the sender) by pressing

.
Confirm by pressing
,
then press
,
again to send.
